Refund Policy
Payments made through Gigfair are between a client and the freelancer who created the delivery.
Requesting a Refund
If you paid for a delivery and have an issue with the work, contact the freelancer directly first.Gigfair facilitates the payment but does not produce the work itself.
Platform Fee
Our 3.5% platform fee is charged on successfully collected payments and is non-refundable once a delivery has been paid for and unlocked.
Disputes
If a freelancer and client can’t resolve a payment dispute directly, contact us via the Contact page and we’ll look into it.
